Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2017, around 18:0 to 18:30 on May 19, 2017, the Defendant discovered one shopping white bag containing goods of an amount of KRW 1.50,00,00 in the market price, such as the Hague lap, clothes, and the face-to-face tool, and embezzled the summary of evidence.
