A. On April 1, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a service contract on the impact assessment of groundwater development projects for creating a tourist complex in the Hancheon-si, Hancheon-si, Chuncheon-si, 15,00, and agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the down payment of KRW 5,940,000, the remainder amount of KRW 23,760,000, and the sum of KRW 29,700,000.

B. The Plaintiff fulfilled all of its obligations under the above service contract.
