Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On September 9, 2018, A, operating a Damna in the 10th floor of the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, in order to operate a Domna in the 10th floor of the C building, and operated commercial sex acts by allowing women of commercial sex acts to provide sexual intercourse with their customers in return for a certain amount of consideration. Defendant B would receive KRW 100,000 per day from Defendant A, while residing in the above business, intended to play a role such as guiding customers and receiving commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, from September 13, 2018 to February 27 of the same month, Defendant A leased the said commercial sex acts in its name at the same place from around September 13, 2018, took overall control of the operation thereof, recruited female sex traffickings, such as E, and let them do sexual intercourse at a certain price, including cash of 180,000 won, against many and unspecified men. Defendant B, upon Defendant A’s instruction, had female sex traffickings, such as the above E, engage in commercial sex trafficking in the said manner.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
