A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2009, the Defendant sentenced eight months to imprisonment for fraud at the Daegu District Court on April 21, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 24, 2009.

1. Around September 11, 2011, the Defendant: (a) had the intent to engage in robbery while drinking alcohol with C, who had been aware of the trade name in the sales market located in the Daegu Nowon-gu Nowon-gu, Daegu-gu, and had a view to committing robbery; and (b) had the intent to commit robbery at a nearby store; and (c) purchased excessive, Cheong tape, and ranches necessary for committing robbery at a nearby store.

On September 11, 201, between 01:30 and 02:10 on September 11, 201, the Defendant d and E with special robbery: (a) performed alcohol with C while drinking together with the victim D (at the age of 57) operated by the G restaurant in Daegu-gu, Daegu; (b) had all customers, and had the victim E (at the age of 50,000) who attempted to do so; (c) the Defendant 10,000 won of the victim E (at the time of shocking the victim D’s face; (d) had the victim’s face, she was frighted on the part of the victim D’s face, and was frighted to go against it; and (e) had the victim’s mobile tape prepared in advance; (e) had the victim’s 100,000 won of the cash 10,000 won of the market price deducted from 30,000 won of the victim E; and (e) the Defendant did not sell the victim’s mobile tape.

Accordingly, the defendant took the victims' property by combining C with C.

B. The Defendant, at around 04:00 on the same day, had a special robbery with the victim H (Inn, 46 years of age) in the J cafeteria operated by the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for customers who drink with C while drinking in the said place, I am under the influence of alcohol, and I am under the influence of alcohol, I am under the influence of alcohol, and I am under the influence of the victim, and I am under the influence of the Defendant.
