Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall detached the registration number plate and seal of a motor vehicle, except where permission from the Mayor/Do Governor is obtained or where special provisions exist in other Acts.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on May 25, 2017, posted the number plate and its seal to be attached to the front number plate which was kept in custody of CKaman car at around 15:0 on the street in front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
