Basic Facts
The Plaintiff (designated parties; hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) and the designated parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs, etc.”) are wage creditors employed by UN FFFFFFFFFFF lending (hereinafter “NFFFFFFF”) and provided labor, and the Defendant is also a retailer of food materials with a claim for the payment of goods on FFFFFP lending.
