Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a spak vehicle B.

On July 9, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on or around 02:43, and came to turn to the left from the side of the mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu 192 Ro-gu Intersection 192 at the seat of the Mapo-gu.

Since there is an intersection where the left-hand turn sign and the signal are installed, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well with the signal, etc. and to drive the motor vehicle safely in accordance with its signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the part of the victim C(54 ) driving at the right side of the vehicle of the Defendant, who was directly going to the Seoul Station from the left side of the last direction at the time when the Defendant neglected to turn to the left due to the negligence in contravention of the signal, following the left side of the vehicle of the Defendant.

The Defendant, by the foregoing occupational negligence, suffered from the injury of the victim C (54) and the victim E (26 years old), the victim F (23 years old), and the victim G (26 years old), respectively, on the part of the Defendant’s occupational negligence, around two weeks of clocks and tensions in need of treatment.
