From the second half of 2007 to the end of 2008, the Plaintiff, including the process of accepting the case, was an opportunity for the Defendant to be delegated by the Defendant with a multiple criminal complaint cases among civilians, such as the Defendant, B, and C Religious Organizations, D, the chief of the former general affairs department E, and F, to handle the delegated affairs. From around 2008 to around 2008, the Plaintiff delegated the Defendant with the authority of the Defendant to act as a litigation agent for the Defendant.
On March 7, 2008, the contents of the case accepted and the past C religious organization filed a claim suit against the defendant, such as transfer of ownership due to the termination of title trust, with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, with the Cheongju District Court (2008Gahap71) on March 7, 2008. The plaintiff delegated the above case from the defendant, and performed the lawsuit as the defendant's legal representative until it is concluded in favor of the defendant (decision of rejection) on December 19, 2008.
(1) On January 29, 2009, the Defendant filed a lawsuit seeking confirmation of invalidity of the resolution of expulsion of disciplinary action against C religious organizations on July 3, 2009, and rendered a favorable judgment from the above court (Seoul High Court Decision 2009Na1338). However, the judgment of the above appellate court was reversed in the final appeal (Supreme Court Decision 2010Da84956) by the Defendant’s filing an appeal, and the appeal was reversed in the final appeal (Supreme Court Decision 2010Da84956) and the appeal was remanded to the Supreme Court (Cheongju High Court Decision 201Na963) through the final appeal (Supreme Court Decision 2012Da41939) and the final appeal (Supreme Court Decision 2012Da41939).
The plaintiff conducted the lawsuit as the defendant's attorney from the first instance to the final appeal.
C Religious organizations are mostly identical to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 in the Cheongju District Court Cheongju District Court 2010 on March 5, 2010 (2010Gahap128) with each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, and some real estate are real estate.
