1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff 1,073,620 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from August 11, 2019 to the date of full payment.

On November 12, 2018, the Plaintiff leased the three floors of E and F 2 G buildings (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendants as KRW 10,000,000 for each vessel, monthly rent of KRW 1,000 for each vessel, and management fee of KRW 115,00 for each vessel. The Defendants paid KRW 3,00,000 for each vessel of KRW 3,000 for each vessel of KRW 115,00 for each vessel of KRW 3,00.

However, the Defendants did not pay the monthly rent of KRW 3,910,000 until May 2019, and the Plaintiff paid KRW 163,620 on July 22, 2019.

The Plaintiff terminated the lease contract on the grounds of the delinquency in monthly rent, and at present leased it to a third party after being handed over possession of the building of this case.

【Defendant C: Evidence Nos. 1 through 7 and the purport of the entire pleadings: Defendant D: The Defendants are obligated to pay the deposit amount of KRW 1,073,620 after deducting the deposit amount of KRW 3,00,000 from the aggregate amount of KRW 3,910,000 in arrears and the electricity fee of KRW 163,620 in advance, so the Plaintiff’s claim is with merit.
