A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven the freight vehicle B B and C and proceeded along two laness in the direction of both the national highways, the Defendant changed the car line to the front section of the DN freight vehicle driven by the victim C (the age of 42) who was driving on the said road at that time, along the two-lanes in the direction of both the national highways. On May 31, 2018, the victim, even though the Defendant was driving on the front section, had no other vehicle driving on the front section, caused interference with the driving of the freight vehicle by the victim; and (b) the victim, even though the Defendant was driving on the front section, was dissatisfied with the traffic of the cargo vehicle of the victim.
