Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From September 2015, the Defendant is a person operating the “C”, which is a sales business entity, such as drones, from around 103 to the large exhibition B 103.

Any person who intends to manufacture, sell or import broadcasting and communications equipment, or machinery and materials which obstruct electromagnetic waves or are affected by electromagnetic waves shall undergo conformity assessment of the relevant equipment and materials, and shall not sell equipment and materials which have not undergone conformity assessment, nor manufacture or import such equipment for the purpose of sale

However, around February 12, 2016, the Defendant imported 1 drones (a model name: X6) that did not undergo conformity assessment in D, an Internet shopping mall around October 2015, and sold them to buyers.
