Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2012, at around 03:25, the Defendant: (a) was divingd from the CPC underground stairs located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) was committed with assault, such as: (c) the background and F of the Dongjak Police Station E zone belonging to the Dongjak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E zone, which was called upon the witness’s notification by D; and (d) the Defendant was faced with the Defendant, and the police officer’s sprinke; (c) the Defendant sprinke, sprinke, sprinke, and sprinke of the said G.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties of the above G and F, a police officer.
