1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

The Plaintiff, on February 20, 2017, as the owner of the second floor of the D Apartment 107 Building in Daegu-gu, and on February 20, 2017, leased the part stipulated in paragraph (1) of the main text of the instant building (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant, with the lease deposit of KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 520,000, monthly rent of KRW 520,000, and from February 20, 2017 to February 20, 2019.

B. From that time, the Defendant: (a) installed facilities for the operation of Section 1 in the instant building; and (b) operated the mutual saving of “E” (hereinafter “E company”).

C. F was delegated by the Plaintiff on June 20, 2017 with the management of the instant building.

However, the Plaintiff experienced conflicts with the Defendant due to the allocation of electricity, water supply, etc., but insultd or invaded upon the Defendant as follows.

On June 12, 2018, the Plaintiff received a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch Decision 2018 High Court Branch Decision 201 High Court Decision 201Da32000, and the said summary order became final and conclusive.
