Reasons
1. Facts charged;
A. On March 1, 2010, the Defendant was appointed as a teacher of a national or public school who is a national public official and is currently serving as a DNA middle school teacher.
No teacher of a national or public school who is a State public official may be a member of a political party, nor join a political party or other political organization, and support any specific political party or political organization with money or material for any political purpose, whatever the pretext it is, shall be prohibited from becoming a member of a political party.
In addition, anyone who is prohibited from contributing political funds in a way that is not prescribed by the Political Funds Act, and therefore is prohibited from contributing political funds in the name of a political party, such as public officials and teachers, and anyone who is prohibited from becoming a member of a supporters' association, such as public officials and teachers, shall not contribute political funds in the name of a supporters' association as a member, and in particular, from March 13, 2006, anyone who is prohibited from becoming a member of a supporters' association shall not contribute political funds directly to a political party including the form of abolition of a political supporters' association
B. Party E, including party members and party membership fees, is a party under the Political Party Act registered on January 30, 200 and registered on May 24, 200.
The E Party has a “party member” and “party member” system as “party member,” and the “party member” is qualified as a political party member pursuant to Acts and subordinate statutes, and the person participating in the party’s activities agree to the ideology and policy of the E Party, the “party member” was entitled to respective persons who consent to the ideology and policy of the E Party and participate in the party’s activities.
