Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.134% of blood alcohol concentration on July 12, 2013, and was driving Cschton car at approximately KRW 400 meters in front of “Apexton 261, Maun-dong, Maun-dong, Sungnam-dong, Manam-dong, Manam-si, Manam-si, Manam-si.”
