1. The judgment of the first instance, including the claim extended by the Plaintiff in this court, is modified as follows.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a wholesaler who sells agricultural products and medicinal materials with the trade name of C.
The defendant is manufacturing and selling machinery made in the form of powder by crushing agricultural products and medicinal materials in the name of D.
B. On June 1, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased 1 set of machinery (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant machinery”) from the Defendant to 62,700,000 won (including value-added tax) composed of automatic ventilation, watchers, pink shower pin pin pulverization, and supers pulverization.
