Punishment of the crime

No person shall publish false facts with respect to a candidate, his/her spouse, lineal ascendant, descendant, or sibling, to be unfavorable to the candidate by means of a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or any other means (public announcement of false facts), and no person shall defame the candidate, his/her spouse, lineal ascendant, descendant, or sibling by openly pointing out facts through a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or any other means (Slander of the candidate) with the intention of preventing him/her from being elected. The defendant, around 17:47 of February 28, 2017, by using his/her mobile phone, was connected to the election of the candidate for the 20th anniversary of the election of the Seoul Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the 7th anniversary of the election of the 2nd page account (F) by pointing out the false fact that he/she is not a candidate with respect to D election at the same time with the total 2nd of the 2nd election of the e-mail organization, such as a lap.
