1. The defendant shall pay 147,00,200 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Reasons for partial dismissal; and
A. The Plaintiff asserts that he additionally lent KRW 5 million to the Defendant (i.e., KRW 20 million on August 12, 2010, KRW 24 million on September 27, 2012).
B. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge that the Plaintiff lent KRW 2 million to the Defendant on August 12, 2010, and there is insufficient evidence to acknowledge that the Plaintiff lent KRW 10,11, and evidence Nos. 200 million to the Defendant on September 27, 2012 by itself, and KRW 24,00,000,000 to the Defendant on October 15, 2012, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
This part of the claim is dismissed.
