A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has a de facto marital relationship with D, a parent of the victim C (V, 15 years old) for about 10 years.

2.
