1. The Defendant’s KRW 19,820,436 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 21, 2016 to July 6, 2018.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. The facts of recognition are: (a) the Plaintiff and the Defendant are insurance solicitors of each non-party Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “non-party company”); (b) the Defendant, around 16:45 on March 24, 2016, on the ground that the Plaintiff was in the first floor of Samsung Bio-building located in 55 (hereinafter “instant building”) in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “the instant building”) and intended to take a bath to the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff was engaged in business outside its jurisdiction; and (c) the Plaintiff plaled up the Plaintiff’s fingers of the first mid-gu, Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “the instant injury”) and caused the Plaintiff’s plal and plalging of the said mobile phone in order to cut down the said mobile phone with the mobile phone with the intent of recording it, and is recognized by taking full account of the overall purport of the pleadings in

B. According to the above facts of recognition of liability, the defendant is obligated to compensate the plaintiff for the damages incurred by the injury of this case.

C. The limitation of liability, however, is reasonable to limit the defendant's liability to 80% in consideration of various circumstances shown in the argument of this case, such as the fact that the injury of this case occurred in a verbal dispute with the plaintiff, and an accident occurred in the course of preventing the plaintiff from recording.

2. Scope of liability for damages

A. The loss of lost income equivalent to the monetary value of the capacity of the Plaintiff lost due to the instant injury is the amount calculated at the present price at the time of the instant injury in accordance with the discount method which deducts intermediary interest at the rate of 5/12% per month based on the facts of recognition and evaluation as follows.

1) Gender: Women's age is 61 years and 9 months of age at the time of the instant injury to C: The life expectancy for the 26.25 years of the date of the instant injury: KRW 70,223,975 in the year 201, KRW 67,142,720 in the year 201, KRW 70,462,573 in the year 201, which was received by the Plaintiff from the non-party company as an insurance solicitor in the course of serving as an insurance solicitor in the non-party company; and KRW 50 in the year 2014.
