A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From October 29, 2015 to March 23:00 on March 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed two rooms and five beds, which are capable of making shower facilities and marinas in the first floor underground of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, in order to arrange commercial sex acts by having an unspecified male who employed a commercial sex trafficking woman and find it out, receive 110,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts, and allow female employees and sexual intercourse.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
