A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has taught with the victim C (V, 57 years old) from ten years ago.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On July 20, 2013, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Lee Jong-gu, 2013, took photographs of the victim’s body against his/her will, after he/she was exempted from all his/her clothes under the influence of alcohol, and could cause a sense of sexual humiliation using his/her cell phone devices.

B. On July 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) set up and set up a cell phone of the Defendant’s cell phone in a camera on the wall at the same place as the time unsatisfying immediately; and (b) taken pictures of the Defendant’s sexual intercourse with the female against the victim’s will.

2. The Defendant committed assault, around 16:00 on August 19, 2013, on the ground that the Defendant was in the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph (1), and the victim was present at the funeral ceremony in the south of Korea, leaving the head of the son and son’s head on the floor by cutting off the son’s head, and assaulting him on several occasions with his hand.

3. Intimidation.

A. At around 16:00 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph 1, showed the victim’s photo and sexually related video image when the victim demands her hedging, and “influently spread to the Internet”.

B. At around 23:00 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim by means of threatening the victim’s body with knife knife and 20 knife knife knife, while refusing the victim’s request.

4. Damage to property;

A. On September 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around September 21:34, 2013, around the victim’s home located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul; (b) on the ground that the victim does not open a door, the Defendant: (c) unloaded the part of the victim’s home home security room several times; and (d) destroyed the establishment of a Si-U.S.

B. On October 6, 2013, the Defendant gather the said victim around 00:05.
