1. Basic facts

A. The Daegu 10th case related to the 1946 Daegu 10th case was the case where civilians, who were dissatisfied with the establishment of the U.S. military administration, delayed land reform, and forcedly implementing food ties, etc., and a part of the wing forces, who were dissatisfied with the police and administrative authorities, came into a nationwide strike of workers on September 1946, and later came into force in the form of a resident salary season in Daegu between October 1 and December 6, 1946, which came into force in the form of a resident salary season, and came into force in North North Korea by October 6, and was spread to North Korea during the middle of December.

B. The Committee on the Settlement of History for the Truth and Reconciliation established pursuant to the Framework Act on the Settlement of History for the Truth and Reconciliation of the Truth and Reconciliation (hereinafter “Framework Act on the Settlement of History”) by the Committee on the Settlement of History for the Truth and Reconciliation (hereinafter “The Committee on the Settlement of History”) shall, upon receiving an application from relevant persons for the truth-finding, make a decision of commencement of investigation after receiving an application for the truth-finding verification, through data investigation, statement investigation, on-site investigation, etc., on March 30, 2010, when the victims of the case related to the 10th 10th Y case were the subject of investigation upon the application for truth-finding under the Framework Act on the Settlement of History of Persons who have made the Truth and Reconciliation, 4 persons, and 55 persons among those who were killed as the civilian sacrifice related to the Daegu 10th 10 case were the subject of investigation. However, the Committee on the Settlement of History was determined as the victim’s truth-finding decision and impossible determination.
