A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2018, at around 09:50, the Defendant driven a car from approximately 1 km section from a new bank distance in the Gu-U.S. In the same Dong to the roads of Mart Indo-dong, the Defendant driven a car from approximately 1km XG without the driver’s license.
