A Imprisonment of 8 months, Defendant B and C shall be sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment, Defendant D shall be subject to a fine of 1 million won, and Defendant E.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant B, on April 16, 2015, was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on April 24, 2015 by the Incheon District Court on April 16, 2015 and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on April 24, 2015. The said judgment becomes final and conclusive and is currently in the grace period.

[Criminal Facts]

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendant A, B, and C, along with each other from September 23, 2015 to October 11, 2015, carried out a game by having customers gain points according to the method of obtaining points on the screen, and exchanged in cash after deducting 10% of the points acquired by customers, in terms of fees, from around October 23, 2015.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange game money through the use of game water.

2. Defendant D and E: (a) around September 30, 2015 to October 11, 2015; (b) around October 11, 2015, Defendant E was engaged in the business of exchanging money by three persons, including the above B, etc.; (c) around October 11, 2015, in order to help them, Defendant D and E received KRW 80,000 per day; (d) notified customers of the points and the amount of money acquired; and (e) provided customers with easy cooperation in committing the crime, such as performing coffee and tobacco smoking.

[Defendant A] Defendant A, S, T, U, and V (hereinafter “Defendant et al.”) put 10,00 won booms into an adult amusement room, which had been prepared in advance, into the game machine and continued to play a game without cash input, under the veterinary law called “fishing” in which an accelerator 10,000 won for each game machine is cut, and as a result, 5,000 won per unit emitted from the game machine.
