Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2012, at around 22:36, the Defendant driven approximately 200 U.S. in front of the Mainam Middle School located in the Mai-dong while under the influence of alcohol of 0.109% of blood alcohol level.
