Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2017, at around 12:10, the Defendant laid down a tourist bus driven by the Defendant on the road located in the Dong-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul National University, 30, 1:00, and did not take part in the demand of the victim B to get a deduction of the above tourist bus for traffic by the victim B, and the Defendant’s public insultd the victim by making a large voice of “Nan, young gue,” and “this son must speak.”
