1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 183,294,68 and KRW 183,294,035 from December 27, 2013 to April 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The first credit guarantee agreement and the first credit guarantee agreement (hereinafter “the first credit guarantee agreement”) between the Plaintiff on July 11, 2008 and the first credit guarantee agreement between the Plaintiff on July 11, 2008.

(2) On July 11, 2008, in accordance with the credit guarantee agreement, the Plaintiff issued the following credit guarantee certificates to the Gu branch of a national bank in the future of the Gu branch of the national bank in accordance with the credit guarantee agreement.

- Guarantee No. C: 243,950,00 won (the amount shall be reduced to 121,975,000 won after this) and the term of guarantee: July 10, 2013 (the extension to July 10, 2014): Defendant A’s general operating capital loan 3) and Defendant A’s general operating capital loan 287,00,000 won (hereinafter referred to as “first loan”) from the former branch of a national bank on July 11, 2008 with the said credit guarantee certificate as security.

(B) On April 209, Defendant A entered into a credit guarantee agreement under the Credit Guarantee Fund Act (hereinafter “Credit Guarantee Agreement”) with the Plaintiff on April 20, 2009, and Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed all obligations under the Credit Guarantee Agreement (hereinafter “Credit Guarantee Agreement”).

2) On April 20, 2009, the Plaintiff issued a credit guarantee certificate as follows to the Gu branch of the National Bank in accordance with the credit guarantee agreement on April 20, 2009: D/Guarantee number: 65,000,000 won: April 19, 2010 (e.g., April 19, 201; e., the extension on April 19, 201; e.g., April 19, 201; e., the extension on April 19, 2014; e., the extension on April 18, 2014): Defendant A (e.g., a general operating capital loan 3) from the Gu branch of the National Bank as security on April 20, 209;
