Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1947" is an employer who engages in the manufacturing business by employing workers as the actual operator of C Co., Ltd. in Gyeonggi-gu.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the worker wages, compensations, and other money and valuables, within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay the D wage of KRW 3 million and KRW 39,50,000,000,000,000 from November 25, 2018 to January 7, 2019 at the same place of business within 14 days from the date of retirement, without any agreement on extension of the due date for payment between the parties to the labor contract, which is a worker who worked from July 24, 2017 to December 30, 2018.

"Around January 19, 2018, the Defendant was to be provided with KRW 500 million through the Export-Import Bank on the second floor of the Komaz Airport in order to engage in the Vietnam minority power generation business. Around May 2018, the Defendant borrowed KRW 100 million as he/she was able to operate the business rapidly for more than three months prior to receiving KRW 500,000,000. VIP (the President this President) is the head of H, and the Defendant completed talks about the overall industry with the head of H. around January 2018. Around May 19, 2018, the Defendant agreed to provide a contract with the Government of the Republic of Vietnam with the second floor of the high city in order to pay the amount of KRW 100,000,000,000 to G, who is the representative of the victim, for the purpose of paying the interest of KRW 100,000,000.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have concluded a contract with the business related to the development of minority power in Vietnam, and did not have confirmed that he was supported by the government, and even if he received money from the victim, it is related to the existing business.
