Punishment of the crime

1. On or around June 9, 2019, the person under whose name is not known, made a false statement to the victim G using the Kakaox "Ix" to the effect that "it is possible to send money to the victim G at the expense of meeting the conditions, without any intention or ability to act in good faith," and that it is possible to have the victim G transfer the sum of KRW 3,600,000 from 20:10 on the same day to 21:29 on the same day in terms of the remaining expenses, and without the intention or ability to act in good faith for the victim H using the Kaox, at a place not known around June 10, 2019, and without the victim H to receive money at the expense of meeting the conditions."
