A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual destruction and damage, etc.) cut off the parts of 134,500 won of the market price at which the victim E was installed in Gangnam-si (F) and cut off by using a cutting machine (Evidence 1) and plae (Evidence 2) and plae (Evidence 2), and distributed them by means of milching, etc. from November 26, 2014 to February 25, 2015, 17 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes, such as the list of crimes.
