A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of KRW 7 million for the same crime at the same court on March 24, 2014.

However, the crime of this case was controlled while the defendant was driven under the influence of the previous mathn without the mathn, and the alcohol concentration in blood is not relatively high.

In full view of the motive and background of the crime including the above circumstances, the method and consequence of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, the age, environment, and criminal records, the punishment as ordered shall be determined.
