Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an operator of "L Gameland" on the first floor of the building located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and Defendant B, as the head of the management office of the above L Gameland, is responsible for the settlement of accounts while managing the game machine and part-time employees, puts a plastic IIC card into the game machine of customers, puts the points obtained after the game was completed by customers, and recorded them on a plastic IIC card, and Defendant C decided to take charge of money exchange work in the above L Gameland.

이에 따라 피고인들은 위 L 게임 랜드에서 2017. 1. 12. 경부터 2017. 3. 7. 경까지 메이 져 게임기 60대를 설치하고, 그 곳을 찾은 불특정 다수의 손님에게 게임기 자동 실행기구인 일명 ‘ 똑딱이 ’를 제공하여 게임기의 조작 없이 게임이 진행되게 하고, 손님들에게 게임 결과 획득한 점수가 적립된 플라스틱 IC 카드의 점수 (1 점 당 5,000원 )를 확인하여 누적된 점수 중 10%를 공제한 나머지 점수를 돈으로 바꾸어 주었다.
