Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) is a person engaging in driving service of B-learning automobiles.

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on March 22:55, 2016, and driven the front road of the 468 Enterprise Bank Dongdong-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, along the direction of the mountain region, to the 3-lane one way from the direction of the Yangcheon Confucian School Station.

The location has a duty of care to not proceed beyond the center line as a person engaged in driving service as a place where the center line is installed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.232%, was able to drive normally, such as a climatic distance, while driving the said vehicle, but by negligence going beyond the central line at the accident site, and driving the said vehicle, received the front portion of the left side portion of the DD driving of the victim C(57 tax) driving that is proceeding one-lane from the center of the Yangcheon-do Confucian School (57) driving to the mountain basin from the center of the accident.
