Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B A. A. A. a person importing and distributing agricultural products, such as melting, bean, and scraped, brought into China with his personal effects from Bolivis, who is employed by B from January 2013 to July 9, 2013, and the Defendant worked in accordance with his/her direction.

1. Any person who intends to carry on the business of importing or selling food for violating the Food Sanitation Act shall report to the competent authority by type of business or place of business;

Nevertheless, at around 16:00 on July 9, 2013, B, without reporting to the competent authorities, purchased domestic agricultural products equivalent to KRW 64,069,396, and divided and stored for sale in the warehouse located in Pyeongtaek-si, 570, Pyeongtaek-si International Passenger Terminal parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, 570, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 64,069,396, and operated food import and sale business, such as subdivided and stored for sale in the warehouse located in Pyeongtaek-si.

A person who intends to import foods, etc. for sale or business purposes shall report such to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety.

Nevertheless, B imported the intermediate domestic agricultural products without reporting to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety.

No food, etc., the labelling standards of which are determined, shall be sold, imported, displayed, transported for sale, or used for business unless it is indicated in compliance with such standards.

Nevertheless, B stored domestic agricultural products imported for sale in the warehouse in order to use them for business purposes by packaging them in a lux with no food indication at all, or only with the indication “BLACKK, 35 km, MAEINCHA”.

On July 9, 2013, the Defendant, according to B’s instructions, received agricultural products, such as melters and bean, brought from the world passenger terminals at Pyeongtaek-si International Passenger Terminal, and carried them into the said warehouse, and made it easier for the Defendant to commit each of the above crimes.

2. Any person who commits a crime in violation of the Customs Duties Act;
