Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had the intent to commit an indecent act against the victim F (20 years old) who was sitting in the victim’s right seat in the cross-speed bus in Hongcheon-gun C on May 27, 2017, where the victim was in operation of the D national highway in Hongcheon-gun C; (b) had the victim’s left side buckbucks with the victim’s hand; (c) had the victim’s left side buckbucks; and (d) caused the victim’s fucks with the victim’s damages, and (e) had the victim’s seated with the victim’s left bucks and bucks, and continued to have the victim’s left bucks.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the victim in a bus which is a means of public transportation.

The Defendant, “2017 Highest 472, 2017,” reported the recruitment of participants in collective relations (the term “pit banks”, one female and several male members simultaneously) posted at G (the prosecution of detention on November 2, 2017), and decided to contact the above G to attend the meeting.

On May 21, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 1.60,000 to the said G as the guest room located on the 8th floor of the “JMoel” in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-si, and paid KRW 1.60,000 to the said G, which is the same participant (the suspension of indictment on November 29, 2017), L (the suspension of indictment on November 23, 2017), and M (the suspension of indictment on November 23, 2017), while waiting to be off the clothes with three or more men, who are the other party female women (the suspension of indictment on November 2, 2017). The Defendant continued to enter the said N, and continued to commit sexual intercourse and similarity, and transferred to the face of each other’s sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in sexual traffic in collusion with K, L, M, etc.
