Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) drive the above vehicle in excess of 17:34, while driving on the 5-lane passenger vehicle; (b) drive the front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front; and (c) has a duty of due care to accurately manipulate the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 5-lane passenger vehicle in front of the 32-lane passenger vehicle in front.
