1. 특수 재물 손괴 미수 피고인은 2016. 7. 15. 10:35 경 대구 달서구 C에 있는 D 공업사에서 동생이 운행하는 E 화물차량에 대한 정비를 의뢰하였는데, 그 곳에서 근무하고 있는 피해자 F(40 세) 이 불친절하게 응대하였다는 이유로 화가 나 위 공업사 바닥에 있던 길이 1미터 가량의 쇠파이프를 들고 다른 차량을 점검하고 있던 피해자에게 다가가 “ 당 장 내려오지 않으면 진단기를 부숴 버리겠다 ”라고 말하며 피해자가 사용 중이 던 차량진단 프로그램이 설치된 노트북을 쇠파이프로 내리쳤으나 피해자가 손으로 쇠파이프를 잡아 제지시키는 바람에 손괴에 이르지 못하였다.
