Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:35 on December 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate patrol duty, by: (b) entering the entrance in the process of voluntarily accompanying the Defendant, the police officer, etc. of the door police station B police box, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving a report from the Defendant who was going to the scene, without paying the amount of KRW 60,00,00, food and drinking in the D’s restaurant located in the 22:18 on the same day; and (c) assaulting the Defendant to the right-hand hand by continuously putting the part of the left-hand part of the E’s left-hand part out of the right-hand part on the right-hand hand and continuously putting it to the right-hand part of E.
