A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving cars in Grandland B.

B. Around 20:45 on February 21, 2019, the Defendant driven a Grand City under the influence of alcohol of about 50 meters from the front of G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front of H in the same Gu C, with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.190%.

On February 21, 2019, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven a fluorous vehicle with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.14%, and led the first front road of Daegu-gu to the upper dong-gu in the Blue Park, while driving the said fluorous vehicle at a level of 0.14%.
