The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

2. Determination

A. In full view of the following facts and circumstances acknowledged by the lower court and the lower court’s duly admitted and investigated evidence as to the injury to the victim F, the Defendant, as stated in this part of the facts charged, may sufficiently recognize the fact that the Defendant abused the victim F at one time in the instant singing room as indicated in the instant facts charged, and the witness AG’s statement alone does not interfere with the above recognition. Therefore, the Defendant’s assertion of mistake of facts and misapprehension of legal principles cannot be accepted. (A) The victim F made a consistent statement at the investigative agency and the lower court’s court that “the Defendant had his face as drinking within one time in the instant singing room from the Defendant.”
