1. The remainder of the amount calculated by deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds sold at auction by selling at auction the AS road in the following cities:

The fact that the Plaintiff owned 473 square meters of AS road 473 square meters in the proportion of 1/3 is not disputed between the parties, or that the Defendants owned the same in full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in the statement Nos. 1 and 2, and the Plaintiff wishes to divide the above land. In light of the circumstances such as the relationship in which the said land is owned by inherited property and it is difficult for the Defendants to consult on division with the Defendants due to the relationship in which the said land is owned by inherited property, and that the said land is currently being used as a road, it is deemed that it is the most fair and reasonable to sell the remaining amount after deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds thereof to

Therefore, it is decided as ordered by the court that the above land should be put to an auction and the payment shall be made in installments.
