A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Incheon District Court on December 27, 2006, and five million won (5 million won) at the Jung-gu District Court on October 6, 2015, respectively.

On March 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a 6-meter 2 freight vehicle of Dpoter while under the influence of alcohol content 0.165% in blood without a driver’s license, on the front of “C” located in Spocheon-si B, 19:30 on March 19, 2016.

이 썅 노무새끼들 아” 라는 등 약 15분 간 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
