A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months and by imprisonment for not more than one year and six months for a crime of No. 2 in the holding of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 1997, the Defendant was subject to a disposition for special larceny, etc. at the Dong Office of the Busan District Prosecutors' Office, and was sentenced to a family court order on December 26, 2001 from the Busan District Court's Dong Branch to the Busan District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence for one year and six months on June 14, 2005, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence for one year and six months on May 16, 201. On May 24, 201, the judgment became final and conclusive on August 12, 2015, by being sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's Decision, which became final and conclusive on January 21, 2016.

1. On July 18, 2013, from around 20:00 to around 05:00 the following day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the repair cost of KRW 70,000,000, including the 10,000,000 in cash owned by E in the taxi from July 18, 2013 to the 05:00,000 won in total, of the cost of repairing the taxi drivers owned by the victim taxi companies located in Busan Shipping Daegu City; and (b) stolen money and valuables of KRW 235,00,00 in total owned by the victim taxi companies, on five occasions in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Form (1).

2. The Defendant, around 12:00 on May 10, 2016, opened a door at the front side of the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Office, Seoul, with the victim H’s I string of the vehicle parked therein, and opened the door of the vehicle, followed by a bank on the seat of the auxiliary seat, and taken off one 300,000 won of the market price where the victim’s cash 1.50,000 won was included in the auxiliary seat, and up to May 28, 2016, together seven times in total, as shown in the list of crimes (2).
