1. As to the real estate stated in the separate sheet between the Defendant and B, the gift contract concluded on September 28, 2012 is KRW 34,456,70.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s taxation claim 1) C (hereinafter “C”)

(2) On September 19, 2012, the head of Seodaemun-gu Tax Office notified the Plaintiff of the total amount of KRW 67,998,710, which is the aggregate of the business income tax and the earned income tax accrued on December 2, 2011, and the value-added tax accrued on January 2, 2012, and failed to pay it. (2) The head of Seodaemun-gu Tax Office designated B as the secondary taxpayer, one shareholder of C and the representative director, and around September 19, 2012, B paid the total amount of KRW 71,985,050,050 (= principal tax amount of KRW 67,998,710, KRW 3,986,340) of each national tax in arrears, but B did not pay it until now. The details of national tax in arrears were as follows as of April 12, 2013:

(2) On December 31, 2011, the business income tax due date for the payment of the amount of taxes in arrears from the date of establishing the secondary tax liability due date for the payment of the amount of taxes in arrears belonging to the relevant tax item: (a) the payment deadline for the second tax liability on December 31, 201; and (b) the business income tax on September 30, 201, on December 30, 2012; (c) the earned income tax on September 30, 2012, on December 31, 2011, December 30, 30, 2011; (d) the amount of taxes in arrears from April 15, 201, 469, 790; (e) the aggregate of value-added taxes on September 30, 2012, on September 31, 2012; and (e) the amount of taxes in arrears from September 31, 2013;

B. On November 18, 1996, the Defendant and B filed a marriage report with two children (D(D(1998 and E(200)) and continued to engage in a marriage, and reported a divorce around May 27, 2004. (2) After which the Defendant and B filed a marriage report again on May 2, 2006 and maintained the marriage relationship, and on September 28, 2012, the Defendant and B filed an application for confirmation of divorce with the competent court of Suwon District Court No. 2012, Jun. 28, 2012, the agreement was filed again on January 3, 2013.

C. B disposing of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. B, as to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on September 28, 2012, the Defendant will enter into a contract of donation on the same date (hereinafter “instant contract of donation”).
