When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2019, at least 17:40 on March 27, 2019, the Defendant threatened with the victim D (the age of 48) with a dangerous object, which was kept in custody of the chief object of the vehicle of the Defendant parked in the vicinity of the Gu, while disputing a debt relationship with the victim D (the age of 48) and D, with a knife (the total length: approximately 33 cm, the knife length: about 20 cm) and with the left hand, with a knife of the victim's head and knife that the victim's body will be discarded on several occasions.
