1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,794,093 and interest rate of KRW 19% per annum from May 1, 2010 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
A. It is an executing agency which entered into an overall implementation contract with the company that acquired the right of lease of the commercial building of this case and sold it in lots.
B. On August 16, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a lease sale contract with D (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
[C] The sales contract for the sale of the right to lease of the real estate indicated below is concluded with D by the purchaser, which was entrusted with an overall implementation agency by the Association for the Reconstruction Project of Seodaemun Heavy Injury Market. The Loyn&C Co., Ltd., which was entrusted with the overall implementation agency by the Association for the Reconstruction Project of Seodaemun Heavy Injury, shall enter into the contract with D, and shall prepare two copies of this contract and sign and seal them as follows:
Article 1 (Indication of Rental Real Estate) (1) The 1st basement (1) the underground floor of a store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government (3.9 square meters for exclusive use by the Gu: 3.9 square meters) shall be the following:
