Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving 49CC which is not registered.

On October 20, 2016, the Defendant driven the above Oral Ba, without a motor engine device bicycle driver's license on October 20, 2016, and proceeded with the D front Road in Daegu Western-gu C from the four-distance off to the high side of the four-distance off, and made a left turn to the left-hand alley.
