A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:50 on December 30, 2012, the Defendant was driving a Crano-car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.080% of the blood alcohol content around 10 kilometers around the road near the 10-meter radius, where the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 0.080% on the street near the 10-meter radius near the 10-meter radius.
