Punishment of the crime

A person who has failed to name (E) is the team leader who exercises overall control over the crimes of Bosping or lending fraud at the Call Center of the Philippines, and Defendant B received an order from the above person under his name to deliver a substitute passbook through the mobile phone app “Scar”, and deliver the substitute passbook used for the crime of Bosping or lending fraud to the withdrawal book after receiving the substitute passbook as Kwikset Service and receiving the withdrawal book and receiving a price of 30,000 won per case, and Defendant A withdraws the amount of damage in return for five percent of the amount of withdrawal from the above person under his name, and then transfers it to Bosping organization.

In using and managing the means of access, no one shall transfer or acquire the means of access unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act, nor shall he/she borrow or lend the means of access, or store, deliver or distribute the means of access by requesting or promising to receive compensation.

A. At around 19:00 on March 24, 2015, Defendant B received three copies in total, including one card number I), one copy, one card of corporate bank (credit number K), one card of corporate bank in the name of J, and one copy of the card (credit number K number L number), and one copy of the card of national bank (credit number L number L number), and delivered to Defendant A.
